Returning Student Registration
To register your student at Rancho, you must first complete an online process through AERIES. If your student attended Rancho or an MUSD elementary last year, the link below will redirect you to the MUSD site. You will need the information mailed to your home in June.
New Student Enrollment
Families new to the Milpitas Unified School District will need to complete a longer process by using this link:
Please complete the New Student Enrollment Application and bring in the required physical documents to the office for verification before 7th and 8th Grade Registration day (Aug 9th-10th). New students may not register for classes unless enrollment is complete.
Once online registration has been completed, students and their families must print out their emergency card from AERIES. Families must bring this emergency card to Rancho on one of two days:
From 8:30 - 12 on Aug. 9th for 7th grade (and new students) From 8:30 - 12, on Aug. 10th for 8th grade
Additionally, students will take their Student ID pictures on this day. Families interested in purchasing this picture can click the link below to order.
Families new to Milpitas will need to provide the information at left to register new students.
