Mental health services does not require PCP referral for either Kaiser or UnitedHealthcare (UHC).

Kaiser members will be treated within Kaiser ecosystem of treatments and UHC members within UHC treatments.

These are not EAP services.

Experiences in mental health, and related services, may vary between individuals.

Some mental health services may require a copay if related to the individual's medical plan, depending on treatment.

Telehealth/televisit is the new normal for both Kaiser and UHC.
